We like to think that we look at things just a little bit differently than most everyone else.  While it is important to have high quality assets to operate, we have seen time and time again that not having the right team in place can take the best operation and make it unsafe or unprofitable very quickly.  We have also seen where borderline assets can be operated safely and generate a profit when you have solid Leaders managing the business.

There is power in numbers and that is the key idea we need you to understand and believe.  You need everyone working for you to believe that "It's My Business" and they need to act like Owners.  "Ownership Thinking" will drive your business to where you want it to go.  The CEO and Senior Executive team only need to provide the road map to show people where you are going (clearly defined Vision and Mission statements help), provide your team with the training and support they need and then turn them loose!  They will get you there.

We are also available to provide Operational Assessments as an unbiased, independent mining professional.  Sometimes the old expression, "You can't see the forest for all the trees" is true.  Bringing us in to spend time with your team to watch and evaluate the operations and processes can be a valuable exercise.  Having worked in the business for over 30 years and having carried out work at over 44 different mining operations, Mr. Stewart has the experience and diversity to provide you with advice and recommendations that can not only improve the bottom line, but it can help make your operation safer and improve the morale of your team.
